Our clubhouse which features our leasing office, fitness center, and Amazon secure package lockers, all complementing our outdoor pool and grill areas.

FEES/DEPOSITS
$50 Application fee, per adult
$1000 Security Deposit
$150 Administration Fee – Due at Move In
Proof of Renters’ Insurance or Liability to Landlord Coverage is required.
UTILITIES
Heat: $30-$85 per month/based on square footage (higher during the cold months)
Water/Sewer: $15-$19/month/person
Trash: $15/month
Electric: paid by resident through Xcel Energy Account
Internet/Cable (optional): paid by resident through third party
